When you escape to the Norfolk Arms you will enjoy stuning views and breathtaking scenery at this gateway to the Peak National park. This Grade II listed former Coaching Inn in Sheffield offers 13 recently renovated en-suite twin, double and family guestrooms located on two floors. Four of the en-suite 'mews' ground floor bedrooms including the disabled room are accessed from the old courtyard overlooking the stunning Mayfield Valley.
All of the guestrooms are bright, spcaious , modern and comfortable including free high-speed internet connection, flat screen TV, phone, hairdryer and coffee/tea facilities with extra beds available to make up family rooms. We serve full English breakfasts, traditional pub food with ever changing specials boards, bar snacks and a wide range of drinks including real cask ale all day in our contemporary restaurant and walkers bar.
They warmly welcome families, cyclists, locals, outdoor lovers and walkers and dogs (muddy boots and all). They offer free live Jazz on Thursdays featuring our The Jazz Preservation Society Band and Wednesday night quiz nights.
Local attractions: The Round Walk- lasting 23km /14 miles in total. This popular trail starts at the city's Endcliffe park and leads to Forge Dam.
The Alpaca Farm is only 1 minute walk away from the hotel and there is immediate access to the Peak National Park. You will also find fell running, mountain biking and horse riding trails outside the hotel. Hanggliding and Paragliding are available at Winnats Pass and Mam Tor. You will also find fishing bouldering and climbing nearby.
Within an easy drive you will find Chatsworth House Estate, Eyam Hall, Haddon Hall, Castleton Caverns and Bakewell Market Town.

By Road: From Sheffield - Head west on the A621/High Street for Flat Street - Continue along the A621 and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A625 (Furnival Gate). Continue through 3 roundabouts tehn turn right onto the Ringinglow Road.
