Marcus Newton offers interesting, fun and informative walking tours of Sheffield and its surrounding area. He offers private prebookable morning guided walking tours Monday through to Saturday of Sheffield city centre. The tours allow for social distancing and are approximately 90 minutes long and can depart and finish at any city centre location of your choice. If you prefer a shorter tour please let him know. The private tour costs £10 per person, children under 11 are free.  If you start your tour at either 10:30am or 11am it will allow you to enjoy a morning walk and finish for lunchtime. If you have any interests, please let Marcus know and he can incorporate these into your tour. Currently private tours are operated on a cash sales only basis. On the tour you can take a leisurely journey through the 900 years of Sheffield's history, from the medieval to the twenty first century. You see top visitor attractions, including the Town Hall and City Hall, the hidden gems of Sheffield and the twin Cathedrals. The tour is mostly on the level and is taken at an easy going pace. It is suitable for people of all ages and is wheelchair accessible.

To help you get the best from your visit, Marcus can offer advice on the best places to go after the tour finishes at lunchtime. In addition, he can accommodate corporate and educational groups, for example U3A, The WI, private tours, coach tours and business team builds. He is also available for speaking engagements and lectures and can tailor your tour or event to venues outside of the City centre should you wish.

To book or enquire, please contact Marcus Newton using the online enquiry form on the website, by Direct Message (DM) on Twitter @sheffieldtours or by telephone 07804 406827.
